These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website and brand The Oru Group (the "Site"), operated by Growth Real Estate LLC ("Growth Real Estate," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Oru Group is a brand operated by Growth Real Estate LLC, providing residential and commercial building, remodeling, development, design, and real estate advisory services in the Preston Hollow and greater Dallas area. Information presented on the Site is for general informational purposes and does not constitute an offer, guarantee, or commitment to perform any particular service.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or these Terms; copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our permission; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or related systems; introduce malware, interfere with the Site's operation, or place an unreasonable load on our infrastructure; or use any automated means to scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site without our prior written consent.
All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, designs, and the compilation thereof, is owned by or licensed to Growth Real Estate LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. The Oru Group name, logo, and related marks are the property of Growth Real Estate LLC and may not be used without our prior written permission.
Any inquiries, ideas, or other materials you submit to us through the Site or by email are submitted voluntarily. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, and you grant us permission to use such submissions to respond to you and provide our services. Please do not submit confidential or proprietary information you do not wish us to use.
Content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional, legal, financial, design, construction, or real estate advice. Project descriptions, timelines, pricing references, and portfolio examples are illustrative and may not reflect the terms of any specific engagement. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Growth Real Estate LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms.
